About Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga is designed for pregnant women. If you are pregnant, you can start practicing yoga on the 3 months of the pregnancy, as soon as you feel that your condition is strong and stable. Prenatal yoga dwell with breathing exercise for pregnancy, help you to feel calmer and more relax. This class also practicing some movements that strengthen the lower and upper body to help carrying the baby in the center of the body.
Stretching and relaxing muscle especially on the hips and pelvis area help the opening door, the gateway where the baby will get through. This practice also help so that it is easier for the mother to give birth in natural way. The class starts with short pranayama and meditation practice and continue with stretching exercises, end with relaxation during long savasana.

This class require reservation! Please contact us for reservation. And please inform us the condition of yourself during pregnancy. Best to take prenatal yoga when you feel strong, but if you want to practice prenatal yoga even when feeling weak, please let us know. We will make note for a special treatment for you.
