About 200 Hr Yoga Multi Style Immersion

The excitement of become a yoga instructor can be experienced by everyone. You can always join yoga teacher training bali, even though you have never really practice. Yet, this could be one of the best yoga retreat you make for yourself. As you train your body, your mind and your soul throughout the ytt.

Our yoga course in sanur provide an intensive 3 weeks of asana, pranayama, meditation practice. And also the understanding concept of anatomy, yoga philosophy and adding the balinese ritual. 

The balinese ritual include water purification and also learn to make your own "offering", we call mejahitan. The offering refers to the medium that we use to pray and represent our intention and wish while performing this ancient spiritual practice. This practice may open up the view in your mind and allow your heart to grow bigger and stronger. 

In this yoga teacher training bali we learn vinyasa flow yoga, beginner yoga, aerial yoga and yin yoga. All of the basic style which sharpen your skill into your physical yoga practice. You are provided with daily yoga classes and yoga workshop to deepen your talent coming closer to yourself. 

Throughout this yoga instructor course, you are learning the approach of yoga based on eastern yoga philosophy which goal is to cultivate and strengthen the true self. As you are learning to get to know yourself deeper and better with loving, kindness and compassion.

• Pranayama (meditation through various breathing techniques)

• Asana (exploration of physical wellbeing)

• Basic understanding and purpose of yoga

• Surya Namaskar (sun salutation)

• Forward bending pose

• Standing, standing balance and standing twist postures

• Hips opening pose

• Back bending and chest opening pose

• Arm Balance postures

• Inversion pose

• Exploration of the aerial postures: standing, hips opening, chest opening

• Aerial yoga with partner

• Restorative aerial yoga

• Yin yoga asana

• Concept Circuit Meridian Line 1 & 2

• Adjustment and alignment

• ealing Breath and trauma release

• Balinese purification with “mejahitan” and “melukat”

• Basic Anatomy for yoga practice

• Theory and practice meditation

• Vegetarianism

• Fasting and diet

• Healthy cooking class

• Art of teaching and practice teaching of each style

Standard of Education and Certification:

Our standard of Education and Certification is based on the Eastern Yogic Philosophy within the expectation of study as below:

120 hours must studied concept/ theory and self-exploration. Material in this study including 60% of human body exploration through asana practice, 20% of breathing practice and teaching methodology, and 20% understanding concept of spirituality, mental state and meditation.

80 hours must studied implementation, technique and practical. In this part student must complete at least 50 hours for self-practice and 30 hours of assisting teaching or teaching observation.

In this 200hours of Basic Yoga Immersion Standard, if a person want to pass teaching certification, they must completed requirement as below:

• Passing the written exam about self-understanding of yoga philosophy

• Passing the written exam about the understanding of human body

• Passing the teaching exam as required in the practice

• Understanding the essence of self-practice and meditation

• Embrace the joy to immerse yoga in daily life
