About 50 Hr Yin Yoga Immersion

Yin yoga method of practice may help to improve physical condition, even to improve the body posture that relates to unsymmetrical position of part of the body. When we are working with yin yoga, the practice is focused on the opening of the joints. In that case, this practice may help to open and create greater range of motions.

Most of us living in the city, we don’t move some parts of the body. This caused stiffness not only in the muscle but also on the joints. Joints are “locked” into a certain position and thus has very little range of motions. When joints are locked, this condition limits our movements.

In this yoga course we will be studying and understanding the various line of meridian which is a connection circuit that create the whole structure. Thus we can learn to observe the conditions in our body that can create limitation for us, and work to free ourselves in the efficient way.

Curriculum:

• Basic anatomy and fascia

• Yin methodology and teaching approach

• Learn about circuit meridian line: the channel of energy in the body that help physical recovery

• Circuit 1, 2 and 3 Meridian Line part 1 and 2

• Teaching practice for yin

• Balinese ritual of purification

Duration : 5 days

Location : At Our Shala
