About Balinese Weekend Yoga Retreat
Balinese Weekend Yoga Retreat is complete practice of yoga practice, meditation, healing and Balinese spirituality. We believe that yoga practice cannot be separated from our own spiritual practice. In this terms, we can only get the benefit of yoga when we have understood our spiritual obligation, the effort to get closer to the Ultimate Creator.
In Balinese way of spirituality, the spiritual practice immerse into the daily life and life style, as we are not separating the spiritual practice with our ordinary life. This is the way to cultivate faith and believe and manifesting reality of joy and prosperity.
Within this weekend yoga retreat, you will learn basic yoga foundation in theoretical and physical practice, also understanding of purification steps within Balinese spirituality practice and finally you will learn healing through breathing technique and basic foundation of meditation and chanting.
