About Acupressure Therapy
When looking for Integrative Medicine and healing through yoga in Sanur, Acupressure can be one of the option for you. Acupressure is essentially a method sending a signal to the body using pressure to certain points in the body to turn on body’s healing regulatory mechanism. Similar to acupuncture therapy, acupressure use the knowledge of meridian line to release blockages of Qi (life force vital energy) to circulate through its nature pathways.
Benefit of acupressure therapy may help to relieve pain, nausea and even depression. Acupressure points also known as the eclectic point which are points that relation to emotional well-being.
The acupressure therapy that is being done in our shala is focused on the pressure points of the foot, the lower leg, arms, shoulders, neck and head. Each of the pressure points related to different pathways (meridian line) and directly effects the circulation to certain organs. This pressure give stimulation, so that the body-self-healing can be activated.
Based on request, preferably every Tuesday starting at 11.30 AM – 15.00 PM.

If this is your first time to do acupressure, you might need to know that you need to eat something before the session. Never conduct this therapy session with empty stomach. And then, after therapy please drink much water for the body to cleanse toxic.
You may also tell our therapist of your condition and she will give therapy accordingly. Use your breath as self-regulation to help with the release the pain throughout the body. Remind yourself to be calm at all time.
