About Healing Breath And Trauma Release
Breathing is the biggest part of our life and yet it’s the most part that we ignore. Healing Breath is a therapeutic technique to help a person to get back together with his body and help to enjoy to the fullest degrees possible the life of his body. This emphasis on the body include physical, mental and spiritual level.
When we deal with negative reality, the mind become unstable, thus the breath become unstable and the body become unstable. Some tension created in the body to defense from the outer condition that can be threat. However, mostly we do not realize this tension that happen in the muscle and joints. When tension happen in physical body, our mental body will not be able to relax. When the mental body is not relax, we are prone to stress and illness.
Healing Breath is the only breathing therapy yoga in Sanur that may become your alternative healing. By understanding the breath you may find the way out from your difficulties and may also open the path to your spirituality.
The breath is the only function in the body that can happen consciously and unconsciously. Most of the time our breath just happens automatically. In this way, a restricted breathing pattern can be formed unconsciously! Restricted breathing pattern often become a reflection of our negative emotions. When we are not aware of our breath, we will difficulties to be aware of our emotion and feelings.
Our technique of breathing is a slow–deep–connected–continuous–mindful breath. Participants will be learning to breathe in this way with the mouth for about 60 – 70 minutes during the breathing workshop. In this way, the breath can clear up blockages and open up body channels to the life energy to flow naturally.

Please note the importance of two ways communication between participants and therapist during this session. You must follow the advice and suggestion from your therapist, especially during breath work for an efficient session.
If you have never done any breath-work in your life. This could be a life-changing experience for you. As for the first time your body will experience a full potential through breath. Sometime the effect can be different between one to another person. As the body is at different level of progression.
Throughout breath-work and healing session, a participant must bring the awareness of the mind to the breath and to the body sensation, rather to the outer surrounding. In this way the healing session will become more efficient.
Please have an appropriate meal and do not drink caffeine before session. Wear loose clothes to be more comfort. You can also bring a sarong or towel to cover your body.
