The program starts with morning yoga asana (for beginners) which gives you the understanding of basic asana that you can practice at home and continue with workshop and theory about vegetarianism, fasting and nutrition. After all explanation and discussion we will practice cooking healthy food. Which knowledge you can gather and benefit from it for a life time.
