About Acupuncture Therapy
Acupuncture therapy involves the insertion of thin needle to specific points in the body. The concept study of acupuncture therapy is based on the premise that blockage or disturb the flow of life energy in the body. Acupuncturist use thin needle to restore balance and flow of Qi in the body to stimulate healing and help relaxation.
Acupuncture can help many disorder condition, disease and pain. Common ailments that respond well to this therapy include: tendinitis (inflammation on the tendon), arthritis (joint disorder), headache, insomnia, skin problem, digestive problem, respiratory problem and some other chronic pain.
The duration is 45 - 60 minutes depend on your need. The session will include therapy session and consultation session.
Acupuncture is one of the most efficient therapy to help release illness in the body. Yet, this therapy might possible post-operative with nausea and vomiting, or sometimes followed by emotional breakdown. However, this symptom is normal for some patients, especially those who has recent pain or trauma.
You can request the therapy time, but preferably every Saturday starting at 14.00 – 16.30 PM.

Some preparation you must pay attention before conducting acupuncture therapy such as: NOT drinking coffee/ caffeine drinks or any stimulant that can cause activation of fight or flight mode. Eat appropriate amount of food before session. If you are on current medication, you may bring all your medication with your for the therapist to observe before giving the therapy session.
