About Hatha All Level
Hatha is a very broad term that encompasses any of physical practices of yoga. It can be used to describe every kind of yoga asana practice from traditional practices such as Iyengar and Ashtanga yoga and also everything that falls between and beyond like all of the modern yoga practices such as aerial yoga and power yoga.
Our Hatha All Level class is described as gentle, basic yoga class with no flow between poses. Breathing become the core of this practice. Yogis will be training to breathe slowly and gently on both inhalation and exhalation. Movement to each asana (postures) is slower-paced-stretching with mindful and meditative approach. Hatha All Level class is good place to work with alignment based on your body and become more comfortable with doing yoga while building strength and flexibility.
Try Hatha All Level class if the idea of gentle yoga appeal to you or seems right to your body. This can be great introduction for your yoga practice. This class should not be mistaken for easy yoga since it can still be challenging both physically and mentally. Hatha All Level class provide an opportunity to stretch, unwind and release tension, providing a good counter point to your busy lifestyle and cardio workouts.
