About Vinyasa All Level
Vinyasa All Level is an encouraging practice to start for beginners! Practice with the sequencing flow following the flow of the breath. In Vinyasa All Level class, all postures that is performed are being chosen by looking at the capacity of the attendance.
The different between Vinyasa All Level and Vinyasa Flow class is that, on Vinyasa Flow all of the postures are combined in a sequencing flow of movement dynamically without interruption. While in Vinyasa All Level, the flow of “vinyasa” depends on the level of the attendance. Sometimes the teacher will not give continuous flow, but rather a shorter basic sequence if the attendance are mostly beginners. But, when the attendance are people we have recognized, the teacher might give longer sequence flow of postures.
The key practice of this class, is still allowing the alignment of the movements and the breath. Students are encouraged to have long and deep breathing while performing the sequence. Vinyasa class is great to help maintaining body posture and body weight, maintain flexibility and stabilizing heart rate and support body circulation. One class for all benefit of yoga!
