Have you tried hot yoga? This Sweaty Vinyasa can be the answer for your curiosity. This is one of our new class that started at the afternoon at 16.00. At this time of the day the sun is ready to set, yet the warmth of the heat still around, which create a perfect silhouette of “hot yoga”. You will sweat and detox your body through a fun flow of asana movement.

Flow of vinyasa will be started with gentle warm up, continue with Surya Namaskar and standing sequences, followed by balancing, twisting asana, seated position, cool down and relaxation position. You are sure to feel rejuvenated after this class!

The heat is released from the body not only through the sweat, but also throughout the exhalation. Keep your mind calm and follow the flow throughout the class, let the heat be released.
